Guide, mentor, and develop a team of skilled developers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Manage priorities and project execution within our eCommerce software development team. Collaborate with architects and technical leads to implement and improve applications. Oversee planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Build strong partnerships with internal business teams to align IT solutions with company goals. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of application development experience, with proven leadership of high-performing teams. Experience in custom application software development and packaged software implementations. Knowledge of Agile software delivery methodologies. Experience with Microsoft .NET is a plus. Benefits
