Auctane
Auctane is seeking a Senior Manager, Copywriting to lead the building, leadership, and management of the Copywriting team, while also contributing to the development and execution of copy across marketing channels and initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of emotionally resonant copy and campaigns, a proven history of establishing and managing scalable copy practices and processes, and experience mentoring and managing a team.
Responsibilities:
Create clear, consistent, and compelling copy for various marketing channels. Develop and implement effective copywriting strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and inspire the copy team to deliver high-quality work. Establish clear copywriting processes, documentation practices, and record-keeping standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. Requirements:
8+ years of relevant copywriting experience. 2+ years of direct management and mentorship of other copywriters. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in strategic performance-focused copywriting across websites, digital advertising, email, social media, video, and other brand and direct response channels. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What We Offer:
