Job Overview
Principal IT ERP Business Systems Analyst - SAP ISU FICA at Florida Power & Light Company. This role focuses on the specification and configuration of SAP application enhancements, proactive identification of opportunities to leverage SAP functionality to support business processes, and end-user support. The position collaborates with project managers, ERP Managers, IT and business representatives to stay informed about operational issues, initiatives, and strategies with potential SAP impact. Responsibilities
Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, debugs, implements, maintains, integrates, customizes, and enhances existing or new systems Applies appropriate Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology to manage development activities Automates the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps) Participates in change management and service ticket management processes, including issue resolution and customer satisfaction Leads projects when needed and builds strong understanding of the delivered solution Understands the ISU Financial, Billing, and Invoicing processes and backend job functionality Understands treatment of payments and balances within the system Ensures user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of complex problems Designs, develops, and tests experimental application work to test new ideas within bounded cost and time Ensures applications comply with corporate policies on security, compliance, environmental and technical standards Acts as liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and contractors on matters related to computer systems Defines metrics and monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for systems being developed Performs other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications
High School Grad / GED Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience Experience: 6+ years Preferred Qualifications
