Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs). DSAs lead the post-sales technical strategy for our largest Enterprise customers, focusing on ensuring use cases go into production as quickly and smoothly as possible. This requires resource orchestration skills and a solid understanding of Databricks technology and the Data+AI ecosystem. Shape and monitor the post-sales execution strategy for customers in your region, in close collaboration with sales, pre-sales, professional services teams, and partners. Manage the DSA team in the AMER Enterprise Manufacturing region and report to the DSA leader in the AMER region. Make investment decisions in collaboration with your region's sales and pre-sales managers. Help shape and adjust the DSA role's value proposition for your region and promote it to sales teams and customers. Act as technical sponsor and thought leader for a select number of customers. Hire and coach your team to prioritize and work with different customer stakeholders up to C-level executives, with the goal of driving usage growth by getting use cases into production faster. Contribute to the creation of assets to build the Delivery Solution Architecture practice and improve effectiveness and consistency in working with customers. Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and build relationships with Sales, pre-sales, and professional services to accelerate customer growth. Work with cross-functional teams to reduce customer risk, address escalations, and remove blockers. Lead activities to monitor customer progress and forecast growth. Provide input to improve internal processes, drive operational rigor, and lead programs that drive impact across the organization. What We Look For (Qualifications)

7+ years of successful experience in a customer-facing role Proven delivery experience in SaaS technologies, especially Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, ETL, Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science Experience building and leading technical post-sales teams—hiring, onboarding, and enabling post-sales professionals Trusted advisor to technical executives who guide strategic data project delivery decisions Leadership in architecture discussions, go-lives, project/execution planning, and customer growth strategy Ability to foster positive relationships between Field Engineering, Sales, and other internal partners Experience delivering workloads or data products into production in roles such as delivery architect, project manager, DevOps, or service/product owner Conversant with business issues customers face today and likely big data use cases across industries Pay Range Transparency

Actual compensation is based on factors including job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, training, and location.
