Responsibilities
Understands the importance of cycle time and uses CI/CD practices and tools to rapidly deploy changes to customers while minimizing risk using practices like A/B tests, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles Stays on top of algorithms, data structures and design patterns and builds highly scalable systems that can support thousands of transactions per second Adopts a test-first development mentality and has experience with modern test frameworks; emphasizes that testing and quality are everyone's responsibility Requirements
Linux, Shell scripting, Docker and AWS Cloud certification is a plus Expertise in JavaScript, Node, Vue.js and Angular Strong understanding of Linux administration including Bash scripting Experience with microservice architectures Understanding of Test Driven Development, CI, and CD Good knowledge of HTTP-based APIs, networking and how the internet works Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML & browser developer tools Experience with automation tools/frameworks Java Spring Boot experience (enhancing existing APIs) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
