Windows Infrastructure Engineer
who will evaluate, design, and maintain the performance of the enterprise Windows infrastructure in accordance with current and future business requirements, assuring compliance with all corporate and local policies and procedures. Working with the Systems Engineer team and/or the Infrastructure Manager of Network Systems, this position will plan, coordinate, deploy and maintain the IT windows infrastructure and related activities of the organization. In addition to Microsoft infrastructure responsibilities this position also is responsible for the VDI Infrastructure. Compensation Range:

The Day to Day: Working in conjunction with the Infrastructure Manager of Networks and Systems and/or the Systems Engineering team, manages the design, installation, and maintenance of the IT Windows Infrastructure and all its components. Maintain, upgrade, and implement improvements to the Windows Infrastructure. Maintain, upgrade, and implement improvements to the VDI Infrastructure. Maintain reliable, secure, and high performing systems in a Windows Active Directory environment that consists of Windows 2019/2022 servers. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all Microsoft Infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Azure, and Exchange. Ability to design and implement efficient and scalable Active Directory Infrastructure with efficient Group Policy integration. Ability to design file server folder structure for multiple departments utilizing proper share and NTFS folder/file permissions with emphasis on best practices. Take ownership of all Windows based Infrastructure applications. Configure application SSO integrations with Azure Participate in Tier 2 weekly on-call rotation with network / systems team. Provide helpdesk level 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve system related issues. Provide guidance and training to Infrastructure Engineer level I. Maintain confidentiality regarding credit union policies and procedures, member financial data, personal information, and work-related events. Provide quality support and maintain a professional relationship with peers, management, other staff, and members through cooperation, mutual trust, and respect. Other duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications: BA/BS in Information Systems or equivalent preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator with focus on Windows Administration. MSCE/MSCA certifications required. Familiarity and / or experience with the following system hardware/software and technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, PowerShell, Windows Server 2019/2022, SQL, IIS, ADFS, SCCM, ADCS, Azure, Intune, AWS. Experience with enterprise system & datacenter operations Ability to troubleshoot domain level infrastructure issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and staff. Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines.
