The purpose of this role is to provide technical guidance and expertise resulting in successful technical solutions implemented with D365 Finance and Operations projects. This position primarily handles development needs, completes development, learns processes, researches, and suggests improvements. Assists in defining, testing, and maintaining developed solutions. Primarily uses proven Dynamics AX (X++) and, over time, may learn T-SQL, C#, ASP.NET, JSON, REST APIs, and standalone projects built on SOC such as Raspberry Pi. Duties and Responsibilities

Participate on a team as the lead subject matter expert for technical configuration, enhancements (customizations), data import/export, interfaces, migrations, analytics/reporting, and workflows to support implementations or upgrades of D365 Finance and Operations. Lead and document design sessions translating business process requirements into technical requirements, including user stories, use cases, design specifications, data flows, and acceptance criteria. Review, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues within the application maintenance and support process for AX and D365 deployments. Develop enhancements using best practices, establish interfaces, convert or migrate data, and develop reports using Power BI. Analyze business requirements and develop business analytics architecture using Power BI and Azure tools. Present and educate users on best practices for technical issues or questions. Manage LCS, DevOps, and Azure instance deployment and management. Develop Power BI models and work with Azure data services (Data Lake, Analytics, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Synapse, SQL, and Power BI Paginated reports). Develop with Power Automate, OData, Data Entity Store publication, X++ and custom API approaches including AIF. Work on data and customization migration toolsets; C# development; and SQL Server (T-SQL) needs for ad-hoc reports and queries. Possess experience with ERP software, preferably Dynamics AX 2012/D365 Finance and Operations, and handle various development projects as required. Other duties as assigned. None Minimum Qualifications

BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certifications are a plus. A 2-year degree will be considered. 7-10 years of education and/or experience required. Self-motivated, able to multitask, and quick to learn new concepts and job requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences. Language, Mathematical Skills, and Reasoning Abilities

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; write reports and procedures; present information to groups; and perform mathematical calculations and basic algebra/geometry concepts as needed for the role. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Maintains a valid Driver’s License. Essential Job Functions
