AWS Devops Infrastructure Engineer

Overview We are seeking an

AWS DevOps Infrastructure Engineer

with experience migrating CloudFormation to Terraform. The role focuses on infrastructure and networking, with hands-on work on IaC and cloud connectivity. Onsite in Las Vegas, NV from Day One.

Responsibilities

Own CloudFormation to Terraform migration projects.

Manage cloud networking efficiently with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code; deploy resources across AWS regions.

Securely handle sensitive data in Terraform code.

Manage Kubernetes clusters, especially with

EKS ; knowledge of

GKE

or

AKS .

Work with networking components:

Direct Connect ,

Transit Gateway ,

VPC ,

Subnet ,

DHCP ,

DNS .

Use

Karpenter ,

Istio .

Experience with AWS services such as

EC2 ,

Lambda ,

ECS ,

Elasticsearch / ELK .

Implement advanced monitoring with

Prometheus ,

Grafana , and

AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights .

Proven experience deploying and monitoring applications that leverage Elasticsearch.

Strong understanding of multi-region AWS deployments; troubleshooting Kubernetes (EKS).

Hands-on experience with monitoring and metrics tools.

Karpenter, Istio

AWS services: EC2, Lambda, ECS, Elasticsearch

Experience migrating from AWS CloudFormation to Terraform

Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles

Expertise in multi-region AWS deployments

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, especially EKS, and troubleshooting

Proficiency in AWS compute resources (EC2, Lambda)
