Board Level Reliability Technician (Full Time) Location:
Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Experience:
3-5 Years (Onsite) Mandatory Skills:
VLSI Board Design. Responsibilities
Program and operate reliability test equipment including environmental chambers, reflow ovens, bending machines, pin pull tester and other equipment Perform function tests using diagnostics and electrical probing. Perform Physical Failure Analysis (Cross section, Dye and Pry, ball drop, etc.) Rework ICs, include BGA and SMD components, wire soldering, glue dispensing. Conduct mechanical assembly (Heatsinks, cold plates, TIMs, connectors, etc.). Provide data analysis for test results. Troubleshoot test setups with test instruments (dataloggers, thermocouples, microscopes, power supply and etc.) and various test platforms (PC, Portwell, etc.). Communicate with internal and external teams for appropriate failure analysis. What we need to see
AS/BS in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience of semiconductor, PCBA and reliability testing. Familiarity with basic programing and Windows operating systems. Hands on experience with measuring instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, curve tracers). Proficient in soldering and using rework stations and equipment. Hands on experience in electronic testing, reliability testing and failure analysis. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ways to stand out from the crowd
Experience in ATE/SLT/PCBA high power testing, such as Hipot, SIR, ECM Programming and debugging skills in Python
