About the Role
We’re looking for an
Active Directory Services Engineer
to join our team and play a key role in managing and securing our Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and support enterprise-level directory and identity management solutions, with a strong focus on security and access management. You’ll partner closely with IT and InfoSec teams to drive critical infrastructure projects, improve automation, and ensure the reliability and security of our environment. Responsibilities
Serve as the subject-matter expert for Active Directory design, security, and identity protection best practices. Lead and support enterprise AD initiatives, including security enhancements, monitoring, and compliance efforts. Design, implement, and manage AD in a global, multi-domain/multi-forest environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve access management and strengthen Windows system security. Deliver projects on time, assess risks, and recommend improvements to infrastructure and automation. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of IT experience with a focus on infrastructure, security, and compliance. Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, including AD integration and security hardening. Experience with authentication technologies (Kerberos, MFA/2FA, SSO, Federation). Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (SCCM, SCVMM, Hyper-V) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls) and Windows server infrastructure. Hands-on experience with tools like CyberArk, Remediant, Veritas NetBackup, or similar. Relevant certifications (MCSE/MCSA, Azure, CISSP, CISA) are a plus. Why Join Us
