We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with experience at high-growth companies to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the design of our Salesforce architecture and strategy, building new features, and supporting our existing and rapidly growing user base. The Salesforce Administrator assists all teams across the organization with their Salesforce needs (Admissions, Clinical Outreach, Patient Finance, Compliance, etc.). Specifically, they ensure system integrity and efficiency, build the CRM infrastructure for Charlie Health, develop reporting to drive insights across the business, and create processes and onboarding documentation for users. Responsibilities Assess team needs and pain points and deliver solutions to drive long-term efficiency gains Contribute to user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers (i.e., DocuSign) Utilize the latest and greatest automation processes (flows, etc.) to help our users accomplish more, faster Document all the incredible customization you have built Requirements 2-5 years of relevant work experience Passion for healthcare services Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve Meticulous attention to detail Triggers/Apex code knowledge a plus Additional Salesforce certifications a plus Please note: candidates located within 75 minutes commuting distance of our NYC office are expected to come to office 4 days/week Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. Additional Information The expected base pay for this role will be between $90,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
