The Sr. Technical Analyst will handle on-site management of Care Communications Solutions. This position will work closely with the assigned hospital and Baxter teams to ensure high-level service to our users.
Please note: This is a fully on-site role in Little Rock, AR. What You Will Be Doing
Develop a deep understanding of technical architecture and product offerings in order to serve as the primary domain guide Assist other Baxter departments and resources with all aspects of groups deployment, including communication, coordination, and provisioning Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via on-site support, email, IM, phone, and other electronic mediums Be available for urgent critical issues Communicate with project collaborators and various groups to raise awareness of customer needs, requirements, concerns, and issues and follow through to resolution Work with clinical staff, including nurses and providers, to understand their workflow needs and translate them into technical system configurations Investigate and resolve technical issues during and after implementation, optimizing system performance as needed Understand and communicate support processes and assist in solving issues Track and trend issues to institute process improvements where possible, to reduce customer and partner concerns Develop, update, and deliver training for new employee orientations and provide continuous education to staff when needed Provide support and planning during upgrades and complete appropriate testing and validation of new feature sets Primary responsibilities will require on-site support for assigned customer locations. Occasional travel may be required to assist in other Baxter related projects and training opportunities (Approximately 5%). During the initial training / onboarding period, additional travel may be required What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience in Healthcare (RN preferred) or IT within a customer-facing role Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, and be able to work effectively with front line nursing, physicians and point of care support services staff Must have experience supporting and resolving computer hardware and software issues in Healthcare, preferably with nursing point-of-care solutions Experience with network infrastructure, hardware, software installation, and database management, specifically in on-premise and cloud communications systems Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, clinical workflows, and the patient care environment. Nursing experience or a clinical background can be a plus Must be dedicated and proactive in addressing areas of need for increased efficiency Must have ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 plus an annual incentive bonus.
