Key Responsibilities Perform hardware break-fix repairs on laptops, desktops, and peripherals (HP, Lenovo, and other OEM devices). Replace defective components (motherboards, hard drives, RAM, keyboards, batteries, displays, etc.). Conduct initial diagnosis to confirm faulty parts before replacement. Document all repairs, part replacements, and service activities in the ticketing system. Maintain compliance with OEM standards and warranty procedures. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for part orders, returns, and inventory tracking. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with end-users during onsite visits. Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety compliance while handling devices. Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience in hardware repairs (HP, Lenovo certification is a plus). Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying faulty components quickly. Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.). Ability to handle multiple OEM devices (HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc.). Basic understanding of Windows OS for verification after repair. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must hold valid OEM service certifications (HP/Lenovo/Dell) — or willingness to obtain.
