Student Videographer We are seeking students interested in joining UWG Football through the film department. The primary responsibility is to shoot practices and games. This role provides unique access to the football team as part of the organization. Filmers will attend practices, set up camera equipment, and shoot assigned drills. Training is available for those who are teachable and eager to learn. There may be opportunities to film various activities throughout the year. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable for scheduled shifts, and able to travel for away games if required. Compliance with NCAA, UAC, and University of West Georgia rules and policies is required. Equipment Student Assistant The Equipment Student Assistant has primary responsibilities in working with a specific sport or in the equipment room, assisting equipment managers with daily operations and practice duties, and assisting with competition setup and breakdown. Essential functions include: Laundry pickup, washing, and dispersal. Equipment maintenance and repair. Field/court set-up and breakdown. Locker room preparation for all games. Loading and unloading of game trucks for home and away games. Compliance with NCAA, UAC, and University of West Georgia rules and policies. Other duties as assigned. Operations Student Assistant The Operations Student Assistant supports the Director of Football Operations in administrative and operational tasks, working with coaches, athletes, and staff to ensure smooth program operation. Essential duties include: Assist in compiling reports and presentations for coaches and administrative staff. Assist in preparing compliance documentation and reports. Assist with practice and game-day responsibilities as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Football Operations. Comply with NCAA, UAC, and University of West Georgia rules, regulations, and policies. Recruiting Student Assistant The Football Recruiting Student Assistant supports all aspects of the team\'s recruiting efforts while adhering to NCAA, UAC, university, and departmental rules. Essential duties include: Assist the Recruiting Coordinator and Director of On-Campus Recruiting with planning and executing a twelve-month recruiting calendar and marketing plan (mail, video, social media, etc.). Design and produce promotional content, including recruiting mailers, social media content, and other materials to enhance UWG Football branding. Maintain football recruiting databases (XOs Scout) and ensure accuracy of prospect and high school/junior college coaches\' information. Identify and evaluate prospects and provide direction to the coaching staff using permissible sources (e.g., recruiting services, websites). Assist with planning and coordinating official and unofficial visits to campus (itineraries, hosts, name tags, seating charts, compliance paperwork, tickets, etc.). Required Qualifications

Must be a current University of West Georgia student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours and maintaining at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA. Committed to attending every practice and home game. Preferred Qualifications

Ability to attend all football practices. Ability to work home football games. Basic knowledge of American football. Experience with video cameras is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for 3 hours and lift 25 lbs. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work early mornings or late nights. Ability to climb stairs or ladders (fear of heights not advised). Required Documents to Attach
