Insurance Role Overview

The Web AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent web based solutions that enhance digital capabilities across insurance platforms. This role requires strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and full stack web development. The engineer will contribute to automation, personalization, and predictive analytics for policy servicing, claims management, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI powered web applications for insurance workflows including underwriting, claims processing, and customer servicing Implement machine learning models for risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer behavior analysis Integrate AI services with web platforms using APIs and microservices architecture Build responsive and scalable frontend interfaces using modern frameworks Design and maintain backend systems that support real time data processing and model inference Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI enabled web components Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory standards and data privacy protocols Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and developers to align AI solutions with business objectives Required Skills

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Experience with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services, and containerization technologies Familiarity with insurance data models and domain specific use cases Ability to implement AI algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems Exposure to NLP techniques for document processing and chatbot development Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring tools Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to insurance platforms Preferred Qualifications

Background in AI applications for life, health, or general insurance products Certification in machine learning, AI engineering, or cloud architecture Experience with personalization engines and predictive analytics in insurance Familiarity with headless CMS and API-first design principles Work Environment

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The base salary range for the tagged location is $105,000 - $112,000 per year. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
