This position reports to the Platform Systems Manager within the Bureau of Service Operations and is responsible for providing systems administration and support within the Platform Systems team. The team manages the Departments enterprise desktop and mobile support infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Azure, and server infrastructure. The position also supports the Departments ITIL-based service management toolset and plays a key role in onboarding, offboarding, audit reporting, and supporting Motorist Services customers. Knowledge of distributed processing operations, procedures, and equipment Knowledge of problem solving techniques Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Update Services Knowledge of information security best practices Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts Skill in installing and administering Windows 10/11 Skilled in enterprise desktop operating system deployment solutions Skill in remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents Skill in troubleshooting and administering of Windows scripting techniques Skill in implementing and administering enterprise centrally managed desktop deployment Ability to develop training programs related to distributed systems components Ability to communicate effectively, handle multiple priorities, and assignments Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments Process development, implementation and improvement skills Teamwork and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business processes Effective written and verbal communications skills Skilled in Management and/or administration of Enterprise Software solutions Skilled in scripting for PowerShell Knowledge on Microsoft Certificates Preferred Qualifications

Administering and supporting Windows operating systems in an enterprise production environment. Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Job Related Requirements

The position you are applying is subject to a Level 2 background check, along with Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) clearance, to include a fingerprint-based check of the criminal records of the FBI, as a condition of employment pursuant to Chapter 110.1127, 435 and 943, Florida Statutes. Please note that, since this position requires CJIS clearance, the Department will have access to all an applicant's criminal and juvenile delinquency records, even those that have been sealed or expunged. On call status is required for this position. General Information

The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview. Applicants being considered for employment will be required to submit to a fingerprint-based background investigation, which will include a check of the criminal history records of the FBI. Fingerprints and associated information/biometrics will be retained in the FBIs Next Generation Identification (NGI) system and fingerprints may continue to be compared against fingerprints submitted to or retained by NGI.
