Recruitment Consultant | Technology Talent Specialist Join us to build cutting-edge AI agents driving mission planning and autonomous behavior across multi-domain unmanned systems. You'll design and deploy intelligent LLM orchestration frameworks and reasoning systems optimized for edge devices like Jetson, integrating with ROS autonomy stacks. What You’ll Do: Develop and optimize LLM-based AI agents for real-time, resource-constrained edge deployment Bridge high-level mission goals with autonomous commands for unmanned vehicles Implement explainable AI workflows for human-in-the-loop operations Collaborate on safe, reliable AI integration with ROS 2 across diverse platforms Lead AI model lifecycle management: versioning, monitoring, and prompt engineering Ensure robust AI performance in challenging, contested environments What We’re Looking For: 3+ years deploying production AI/ML solutions, specializing in LLM orchestration Proficient in Python, PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain, and edge AI optimization Strong background in real-time inference, MLOps, and distributed systems Experience with symbolic reasoning, planning algorithms, and prompt engineering U.S. Citizenship + ability to obtain security clearance required Why Texas?
