CNC Programmer We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will: Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines Design fixtures and tooling to support efficient setups Utilize CAD/CAM and machine simulation software to ensure safe, collision-free code Support new product introduction, quoting, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve issues and improve processes Qualifications
3+ years of CAD/CAM programming and CNC machining experience Mill-Turn or 5-axis experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing best practices Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology on mission-critical components in medical, aerospace, and defense applications—where precision and impact truly matter.
