We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Manufacturing Engineer to support our global product supply chain with engineering change management, technical drawing, 3D modeling, and communication with suppliers. The successful candidate will have experience with Solidworks, Product Lifecycle Management, sheet metal and plastics design for manufacturing, supplier quality evaluation, and contract manufacturing. Job Details Job Details: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Robotic Welding Programmer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, simulating, and testing automated machinery and processes to complete precise tasks. They will be involved in the complete cycle of product development, from initial concept to the final testing phase, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our robotic welding systems. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities: Design, program, simulate, and test automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks in the robotic welding systems. Use specialized software, such as Dassault Delmia and Siemens Process Simulate, to create detailed 3D simulations of robotic systems. Integrate and program PLC systems, including PILX and Allen Bradley, to control machinery and optimize performance. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the design, programming, or testing stages, and implement appropriate solutions. Document all stages of the design, programming, and testing processes, creating a comprehensive record of system development and any modifications made. Collaborate with other team members, sharing knowledge and insights, and providing support and feedback as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements, and incorporate these into the design and development of robotic systems as appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotic welding programming, including offline robotic simulation. Proficiency in using Dassault Delmia and Siemens Process Simulate for 3D robotic simulation. Extensive experience in PLC integration and programming, including PILX and Allen Bradley. Strong understanding of optimization techniques for improving the efficiency and performance of robotic systems. Proven experience in testing and validation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create comprehensive and accurate records of all stages of system development.
