Institutional Equities And Research Shadow Day
The Institutional Equities and Research Shadow Day event will provide selected participants with insight into Baird’s award-winning Institutional Equities and Research team. The event will include discussions on the roles of professionals within our high-performing business, career paths within the field, an overview of our summer internship opportunities, and a live panel with associates that work in Institutional Equities and Research at Baird.
What We Look For
Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program required, graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
Finance/Accounting/Economics or related major strongly preferred
Candidates must have a track record of proven academic excellence
Eligible for and interested in exploring our Summer 2027 Equity Research Analyst Internship in our Milwaukee, WI headquarters
The Institutional Equities and Research Shadow Day event will be held virtually in January 2026, exact date to be determined. Accepted participants will be notified in December 2025.
