1 Job Description The Manager of Perioperative Quality provides leadership and oversight for quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives within the perioperative environment for multiple sites including Buffalo General Medical Center, Oishei Children's Hospital, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital and Olean General Hospital. Collaborates with the site-based chief quality officers, site leadership teams and all relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous quality of care. This position ensures that surgical and procedural care meets or exceeds national benchmarks, regulatory requirements, and hospital performance goals. The Manager works closely with surgical services leadership, physicians, anesthesia providers, nurses, and quality teams to develop strategies, implement best practices, and sustain high-reliability operations across the continuum of perioperative care. Ensures that the facility/entity activity is consistent with the system\'s overall Mission, Vision and Strategic Plan. Responsibilities

BA or BS in Nursing (BSN) required. Master\'s degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare or behavioral health preferred. Registered Nurse required upon hire. CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) or related certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality improvement certification preferred. Experience
5 years of experience in Perioperative nursing required. 3 years of experience in supervision in healthcare or behavioral health required. Working Conditions
