with a knack for understanding business needs and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical people. This role is crucial for supporting our rapidly growing online business, so we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is
detail-oriented, creative, and confident . If you enjoy translating complex data into clear insights and helping bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions, this could be a great fit! What You'll Do: Translate business needs into technical requirements:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and help design practical, effective solutions. Develop insightful reports and dashboards:
Create easy-to-understand visual tools that help internal teams make good, data-driven decisions. Expand our ecommerce businesses: Help configure, customize and setup new e-stores for both B2C and B2B2C customers across a variety of platforms, including Woo Commerce, Shopify and Amazon. Improve data flow and system connections:
Help integrate our ERP and other systems (both internal and cloud-based) to ensure smooth data exchange and efficient operations. Support user adoption and understanding:
Develop clear documentation and provide training to help employees and customers get the most out of our tools and systems. Enhance existing processes:
Identify opportunities to streamline current integration methods and develop new ways to monitor our business performance. Contribute to new initiatives:
Help build and refine systems to support our exciting new consumer-focused ventures. What You're Good at: Communicating clearly:
You can explain complex, technical concepts in a way that anyone can understand, both verbally and in writing. Problem-solving:
You enjoy digging into challenges, analyzing data, and finding practical solutions. Understanding data and systems:
You're comfortable working with data from a variety of sources including ERPs, CRMs and accounting systems; you understand how different systems connect, and have
solid knowledge of SQL and database design concepts. Learning new tools quickly:
You're adaptable and can pick up new software and technologies with ease, especially those related to reporting, data integration, and project management. Working collaboratively:
You're a team player who enjoys working with diverse groups of people. Organizing and managing information:
You're good with tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and potentially project management software. Thinking analytically:
You can break down complex situations and identify key elements. Creating solutions:
You are comfortable
scripting or writing code
to build applications when basic tools aren't enough. Qualifications: Experience in roles where you've blended technical understanding with strong communication and analytical skills. A degree or certificate in a related field, showing your foundation in technology or business analysis. Experienceworking with data from a variety of sources including ERPs, CRMs and accounting systems; you understand how different systems connect, and have solid knowledge of SQL and database design concepts.
