Base pay $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects.
Support the preparation and review of contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Track project costs, budgets, and progress to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all project phases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
