We’re seeking a multi-talented, hands-on contributor to provide implementation and support services of automated processes for Outlink hosted Credit Union clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring day-to-day processing success, implementing new processes, researching/troubleshooting existing processes, and supporting automation tools. This role involves hands-on configuration of applications such as the Symitar Core System, OpCon, and MOVEit. This remote position requires living within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Louisville, KY; or Charlotte, NC. Salary range is $48,000-$67,000 and determined by location and experience. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required to verify identity. Additional information for internal candidates is included below. What you’ll be responsible for:
Provides level one technical support of automated processes for clients via corporate tracking software and an automated call distribution (ACD) system. Monitors incoming cases and resolves them in accordance with Service Level Standards (SLS). Follows the Business Process Lifecycle by implementing and monitoring automation from initiation through delivery. Uses automation tools to streamline/automate customer processes and identifies processes for further refinement. Collaborates with internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution. Participates in an after-hours on-call rotation to resolve critical nightly processing failures. Performs other duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have:
Minimum 18 months of experience in IT, Application Support, or Technical Analysis. Availability to modify work schedule and provide after-hours support on a periodic on-call basis. Willingness to work up to 2 weekends per year to support data center Disaster Recovery Exercise. Experience with the Symitar Core System and/or OpCon. Nice to have:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Data processing or IT experience at a credit union. Excellent customer relations and service skills; strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills. Leadership abilities; ability to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Ability to manage multiple projects, customer issues, and demands while delivering exceptional service. Ability to assist in creating process and procedure documentation.
