Direct Support Associate (DSA)
to join our Community Based Services team! This program supports individuals within our residential homes. Hours/Schedule:
28 hours / week, part-time Sunday 8am - 2pm Friday 8am - 4pm Saturday 8am - 4pm and 4pm - 10pm Compensation:
$22.62 hourly About the home:
This is a beautiful home in Manchester supporting 9 adult women. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events Follow each individual's care plan All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety Complete required daily documentation Other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age or older Prior Direct Support experience preferred Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
