Job title: CNC Mill Machinist/ Programmer Location: Warren, Michigan Shift: 2nd shift with a differential; hours may be 8 or 10 per day, starting at 4 PM EST. Responsibilities
Program, set up and operate CNC Mills producing tooling and prototypes (Makino, DMG Mori) 3 and 4 axis Horizontal and Vertical Perform precision tight-tolerance work Verify stock and the tooling before loading the machine Set offsets with a touch probe, test indicator, or edge finder Check parts with micrometers, telescoping gauges, calipers, or touch probe Qualifications
Completed High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 years’ experience set up and programming in G code using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls 5 years’ experience set up and operation on vertical or horizontal machining centers About AAM
Experience with tool steel and hard milling preferred.
