Overview
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned regional department store accounts (Macy’s, Nordstrom, etc.) across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. This role is responsible for driving sales performance and positioning Interparfums brands as top sellers in each location. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the Account Manager builds and sustains strong relationships with store management, negotiates promotional and event opportunities, and ensures flawless execution of sales and merchandising strategies. They also oversee freelance staffing, training, and budget management to deliver exceptional retail performance. Base pay range

Sales & Brand Representation
Achieve retail sales projections across all assigned stores Represent all brands with professionalism and integrity, effectively communicating brand identity, strategy, and positioning Execute promotional and merchandising programs to achieve sell-through targets and support animations/events Negotiate with local retail management for optimal space and visibility (towers, tables, duratrans, T-Walls, seasonal outposts), adhering to retailer guidelines and budget allocations Monitor and escalate chronic stock issues to Regional Sales Manager, SVPs, and store leadership Administrative & Communication
Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders on business updates, performance, and support needs Provide timely feedback and reporting to management on regional opportunities, challenges, and competitive activity Freelance Team Management
Recruit, schedule, train, and motivate Freelance Beauty Advisors (BAs) to deliver strong sales performance and an elevated customer experience Conduct performance reviews, set individual sales goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Manage and optimize the freelance budget to align resources with sales priorities Home office and in-store retail environments Local travel to stores 4 days per week. 80% of travel in Houston, 10% in Austin, 10% in San Antonio Moderate to loud noise levels in-store Education/Experience
5+ years of sales and freelance people management experience Experience working within the Beauty industry required Fragrance selling experience highly preferred Required Skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Self-motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent highway driving We Offer
