$91,700.00/yr - $133,900.00/yr Work Flexibility
We have worked in a hybrid schedule since 2022 and have returned to the office 100% (5 days a week). Some flexible options include: Alternate Work Schedule; 1 or 2 days off a pay period by working an extra 1-2 hours a day Ad Hoc Remote Work (Temporary); manager approved; 75 hours granted annually; 10 hours granted per pay period Project Based Remote Work (Temporary); manager approved; complete online training course Why Join

This position is responsible for application systems analysis and programming activities for a major project, several smaller projects, or a small department. Responsibilities include program design, development, unit testing, and defect correction. A strong working knowledge of one or more software development methodologies is expected along with familiarity with business problem analysis, system design and systems integration. Define application software needs, establish priorities, and monitor progress with appropriate groups. Direct subordinate developer staff, resources, and projects; assign personnel to projects and direct activities. Prepare performance and activity reports; provide technical leadership on complex projects. Develop, debug, performance-tune, and maintain supported applications and interfaces. Provide technical documentation, data validation, troubleshooting, and system testing. Promote IT department goals and collaborate with IT management to plan and control activities in highly specialized areas. Job Requirements
Broad knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, and techniques for application development. Broad knowledge of application development software tools and languages. Broad knowledge of system and business applications; ability to work at a high technical level. Broad knowledge of system design, logic, and new design techniques. Broad knowledge of Information Technology and an aptitude for programming concepts. Understanding of IT infrastructure, interfaces, databases, and general IT concepts (e.g., virtualization, cloud computing). Experience leading projects to completion; ability to manage projects effectively. Ability to read technical manuals, train and coordinate others, and maintain organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work outside traditional hours when required; strong teamwork under time constraints; strong written and spoken communication skills. Specific Skills (Salesforce)
Experience with Salesforce platform, including declarative development, Lightning, programming languages, and APIs. Experience with Salesforce architecture. Knowledge of CI/CD standard processes and tools. Experience and Qualifications
