As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will be at the forefront of defining user and customer requirements, focusing on user interface development across diverse platforms. You\'ll play a pivotal role in engineering software components and services that ensure seamless communication within the system architecture. Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients. Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight. Manage project status and oversee deliverable completion. Travel as required by client engagements. Actively participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to execution. Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales. Lead specific RFP responses and manage engagement economics. Execute resource planning within budget constraints. Skills And Attributes For Success

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; ability to assimilate new knowledge. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams. Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Agile development methodologies and application integration and quality assurance. Proficiency in software development and technology business requirements analysis. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Digital fluency and emotional agility. Qualifications

A 4-year bachelor\'s degree is required 4 - 6 years relevant experience working with SAP Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP) Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and integration technologies SAP integration with hands-on SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation tools Develop integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems Experience with cloud integration platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling concepts Strong experience in SAP integration architecture and design SAP Technologies: XI/PI/PO, Solution manager, SAP LT, Data Services, ABAP, Security, S4 HANA Experience in integrating scenarios with various EDI/non-EDI standards and customizable mapping Experience working with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC, Web Services) Working knowledge of Cloud Integration using HCI, OData Service and SAP API Management Experience interfacing with SAP modules like S4 HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM and other modules Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 60%+ Ideally, you’ll also have

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
