Overview
The Individual Giving Manager is a key member of the JCC's philanthropy team supporting all fundraising efforts including donor identification, cultivation and stewardship; solicitation; and building a robust pipeline to support continued growth. An ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and thrives on connecting with people and connecting people to purpose. This is a 40 hour per week, Overtime Exempt position reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy. Responsibilities
Donor Acquisition: build and manage a portfolio of individual donor prospects Donor Cultivation: maintain ongoing engagement with existing donors; plan and implement personalized stewardship strategies to retain and grow core segments of donors to the JCC Giving Campaigns: Support the execution of key fundraising campaigns including the annual campaign, special campaigns, and initiatives; Manage portfolio of mid-level donors, including stewardship and solicitation Events and Outreach: Collaborate with philanthropy team to create donor acknowledgement events and small group gatherings; Represent the JCC at programs and events to identify new donor prospects and strengthen existing relationships Database and Reporting: Maintain accurate donor records in CRMs, track donor touchpoints, and support data-driven fundraising strategies; Generate donor reports to inform strategy and measure progress; Provide necessary data to philanthropy team members to support their portfolio management Other relevant duties as assigned Key Benefits Offered

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 3 years of experience in individual gift fundraising Proven record of successful gift solicitations Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; excels in engaging with people and cultivating long-term connections Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to accept guidance and feedback Highly organized and detail oriented Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professional demeanor Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Physical Requirements
Work on a computer for many hours per day Lift up to 10 pounds Salary
