Robust Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a Research Scientist to lead advanced peptide array assay optimization initiatives. This role will focus on developing, refining, and validating high-sensitivity immunoassays for antibody profiling. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative assay design, data interpretation, and translational immunology research, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive scientific and technological advancements. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of advanced peptide microarray assays. Design and implement protocols to improve sensitivity, reproducibility, and multiplexing capabilities. Analyze complex immunological datasets and identify key antibody-epitope interactions. Collaborate with biochemists, immunologists, and bioinformaticians to integrate experimental and computational results. Maintain thorough documentation of experimental procedures, results, and reports. Stay current with emerging technologies and scientific advancements in peptide microarrays and immunology. Qualifications
Ph.D. in Immunology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ postdoctoral or industry experience in peptide array development, antibody profiling, or related research. Proficiency in peptide synthesis, microarray fabrication, fluorescence detection, and high-throughput screening. Strong background in data analysis, statistics, and bioinformatics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Benefits
