Position : Assistant Girls Outdoor Track Coach Location : McCarthy Middle School Salary Range : Contractual/Stipend Qualifications
Prior coaching responsibilities preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid Certified required. Criminal records check required prior to starting in position. Responsibilities
Coach and organize practices and games. Prepare recommendations for the budget to the Athletic Director. Monitor the academic progress of student athletes throughout the school year. Issue and collect uniforms. Apply simple first aid procedures. Provide an orientation of a sound program to all pupil participants. Communicate with college and university coaches regarding the attributes of the student athlete. Assist qualified players in identifying colleges or universities and educate the athlete on the college recruiting process. Perform other related duties as designated by the Athletic Director.
