The resort also has over 35,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space as well as a Palm Court Coffee Shop and a large gift shop. What You Will Be Doing
Supervision of staff – train, schedule and meet the daily task needs. Ensure associates have the tools needed to perform their job. Actively communicate with the back of house for smooth operation of the restaurant. Report any safety or health concerns. Assist guests with questions, concerns or needs. Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed. Requirements
Strong communication skills, verbal and written. High work ethic and self-initiative. Ability to effectively supervise associates. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times. Job Details
