W. M. Jordan Company is seeking a full-time Safety Manager with at least 5 years of safety experience. Safety Managers support all trade partners and work closely with all members of the project team to form an effective safety program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Regular inspections/audits of sites & offices Manage W. M. Jordan’s Safety and Health Program Conduct safety training for W. M. Jordan personnel and trade partners Reinforce W. M. Jordan safety culture Track leading and lagging indicators Incident investigation and documentation Support W. M. Jordan safety initiatives in all regions (across three states) Serve on the W. M. Jordan safety committee Qualifications and Experience
Five (5)+ years of experience in a safety role (construction preferred) Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve conflict Excellent listening skills and detailed documentation CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications required Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam and various software Security clearance for federal projects required Valid drivers license CQC experience preferred We offer our full-time employees a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.
