Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager
to join their team. You will be responsible for leading and elevating the safety culture across manufacturing sites. Key Highlights
Build from the Ground Up : Ideal for someone who’s led EHS initiatives from scratch or successfully managed a safety committee. Multi-Site Impact : Oversight across five facilities with diverse operational needs. Executive Visibility : Report directly to senior leadership and shape strategic safety direction. Cultural Influence : Drive a proactive safety culture where your leadership is felt on the production floor. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organization’s EHS program across multiple manufacturing sites. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT). Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs. Champion lockout/tagout procedures and other critical safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections. Spearhead sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact. Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting. Comfortable being visible and active on the production floor. Proven success implementing EHS programs and leading cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of lockout/tagout and regulatory compliance. Experience building EHS programs or leading safety committees. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus. Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CHCM, OSHA 30-hour) are desirable. Ability to travel up to 15% domestically to support multiple manufacturing sites. Compensation Range
$80,000-$120,000 + 15% Bonus Benefits Offered
