What You’ll Do
Greet every customer with professionalism and confidence. Listen closely, ask smart questions, and direct customers to the right department. Deliver product information and go on demo drives with potential buyers. Assist with vehicle deliveries and learn how we create great customer experiences. Support the service team with check-ins, updates, and follow-ups. Learn our systems and processes through hands-on training in both sales and service. Work closely with mentors to identify your long-term career path in the dealership.
Who You Are
You’re the type of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you take initiative. You enjoy talking to people and know how to make customers feel seen and heard. You’ve worked on your feet, handled pressure, and stayed professional. You’re motivated by results and want more than just a job. You have a high school diploma or equivalent (college a plus). You’re available full-time and able to work some weekends.
This is ideal for someone who has outgrown the limitations of hourly or short-term work and is ready to build a real career.
