Qualifications
Forestry - Minimum Qualifications For Forestry courses, the minimum qualifications required are a B.S. degree in Forestry or a related field, and prior or current experience relative to class content. Preference will be given to candidates with a M.S. in Forestry and prior teaching experience. Geospatial Analysis - Minimum Qualifications For Geospatial Analysis (GSP) courses, the minimum qualifications are a B.S. degree in Geospatial Science with an emphasis in Remote Sensing or a related field, as well as prior or current experience relative to class content. Preference will be given to candidates with a M.S. and prior teaching experience. Rangeland Resources - Minimum Qualifications For Rangeland Resources (RRS) courses, the minimum qualifications are a B.S. degree in Rangeland Resources or a related field, and prior or current experience related to class content. Preference will be given to candidates with a M.S. and prior teaching experience. Soil - Minimum Qualifications For Soil courses, the minimum qualifications are a B.S. degree in Soils or Agronomy or a related field, and prior or current experience related to class content. Preference will be given to candidates with a M.S. and prior teaching experience. Watershed - Minimum Qualifications For Watershed courses, the minimum qualifications are a B.S. in Hydrology or a related field, and prior or current experience related to class content. Dependent on qualifications and experience. The salary schedule information for the Lecturer – Academic Year Classification is available based on the following ranges: Appointees are typically placed at the beginning of the range. The full-time (15 units per semester) monthly base salaries indicated in the schedules above are prorated to the number of units worked and are paid in six monthly payments for each full semester.
