Hiring: Compounding Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee raw material management, pre-weigh, and batching operations across all shifts.
Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to boost safety, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to keep everything running smoothly.
Coach and mentor your team to meet performance goals and uphold GMP, SOP, and safety standards.
Lead investigations into non-conformities and safety incidents, ensuring root causes are addressed.
Recommend capital investments and infrastructure improvements to support long-term growth.
Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and performance reviews while safeguarding sensitive information.
What We Need from You:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or 10+ years of compounding experience).
3–5 years of hands-on experience in chemical compounding
(cosmetics or pharma preferred.) 5+ years of proven leadership in a supervisory role. Deep knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and batching principles
preferred Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office and managing budgets. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and wear PPE as required. Able to work with an exposure to motorized equipment and moderate noise levels.
