Who We’re Looking For GUEST SERVICES AGENT We’re about the friendliest company you’ll ever come across—and we need someone to be the face of this as soon as a guest steps into our hotel. Are you happy, outgoing, and always wearing a smile? Then this could be the job for you. Your role will involve spreading joy and ensuring guests receive excellent customer service from the moment they exit their cab until they enter their room and throughout their stay.
This temporary position will end on September 30, 2025.
What To Expect Here are some activities that will make your days rewarding:
Completing daily front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs, and managing rates and room types, along with other guest requests.
Assisting arriving and departing guests with their luggage.
Serving as a point of reference for guests needing assistance or information, including transportation needs.
Sharing knowledge about the hotel and local attractions.
Your Experience And Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three to six months related experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
Effective interaction skills with guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
Ability to assess situations quickly and create effective resolutions.
A passion for providing excellent customer service.
