Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

where you\'ll lead comprehensive behavior intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values innovation and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Program Development Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments Design evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs Develop individualized behavior intervention plans targeting specific skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Clinical Supervision & Training Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff Conduct regular training sessions on ABA techniques and ethical practices Ensure fidelity of treatment implementation across all intervention programs Partner with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to coordinate comprehensive care Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress reports in compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements Facilitate regular team meetings and family consultations to review treatment progress and goals Quality Assurance & Professional Development Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing data collection and analysis Adjust intervention strategies based on client progress and emerging best practices Stay current with BACB ethical guidelines and continuing education requirements Required Qualifications Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Current state licensure (where applicable) Demonstrated expertise in ABA principles, assessment procedures, and intervention techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of pediatric ABA experience in clinical or educational settings Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities Familiarity with insurance authorization processes and documentation requirements Leadership experience in supervising clinical staff Competitive annual salary: $75,000 - $140,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage Work-Life Balance Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday schedule Professional development reimbursement and continuing education support No travel required - consistent clinic-based location Schedule Flexibility Choose your preferred work schedule within operational hours Full-time (30-40 hours) and part-time (10-29 hours) positions available Consistent scheduling with minimal evening or weekend requirements Clinical Setting State-of-the-art pediatric therapy clinic Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment Access to modern assessment tools and intervention resources Supportive administrative and clinical supervision structure Specialty Focus Pediatric population (ages 2-18) Autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities Family-centered treatment approach Location & Requirements Baltimore, MD
