Diagnose problems reported by customers and environments. Identify and implement solutions, coordinating across multiple locations and stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, from problem assessment to deployment. Collaborate with customer counterparts and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or greater A history of academic excellence or professional success Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination
