Invo Healthcare is expanding our IMPACT team in Hillsborough County and we are seeking a dynamic
full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst
to join us. Our IMPACT Program focuses on students exhibiting significant behaviors stemming from childhood trauma and/or medical diagnoses. As a BCBA, you will collaborate with the IMPACT team to incorporate best practices into diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and service delivery. Requirements Certified as a BCBA/BCBA-D for at least 2 years and in good standing with BACB Ability to independently work with a variety of clients Experience with students displaying behaviors such as aggression, threats, elopement, property destruction, and self-injury Support and consult with caregivers and school staff on behavioral strategies Preferred Experience : Working in a school setting How Invo Supports You We offer a comprehensive package including insurances, allowances, and development tools to support your growth and well-being.
