Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that meet educational standards and captivate students' interest. Create a safe and supportive learning environment that emphasizes student well-being and academic success. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere. Work collaboratively with peers to design a comprehensive and enriching educational experience for students. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians about achievements and development. Qualifications:
Applicants interested in the Performing Art Instructor position in Baltimore, MD, should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a crucial requirement for effective engagement in this role. Proficiency in GSuite is a must-have, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and evenings, demonstrating schedule flexibility. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable personal vehicle is obligatory. Compensation:
$30 - $35 hourly
