AVP of Information Technology Recruiting | $1MM+ in Placements Technical Trainer
Responsibilities
Lead and support training projects for attorneys and staff across multiple offices.
Develop and deliver training programs (in-person, virtual, and multimedia).
Create user guides, quick tips, and online learning resources.
Provide expert support on Microsoft Word, Excel, and other firm-standard software.
Evaluate training needs, test new software, and roll out new initiatives.
Assist with onboarding assessments and maintain training databases.
Offer advanced technical support when needed; occasional travel required.
Qualifications
5+ years in technical or corporate training, with instructional design and technical writing experience.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong skills in tools like Camtasia, Captivate, and SharePoint.
Strong project management, communication, and customer service abilities.
Preferred
Experience with NetDocs, Acrobat Pro, web design, and CLE/CEU training.
