Responsibilities

Lead by example with timeliness in arrival, work completion, and treatment plan submission. Complete treatment plan reviews with insurance companies when needed. Complete assessments for assigned clients. Develop, monitor, and modify the implementation of treatment plans for clients. Present treatment plans to insurance providers to obtain authorization and continuation of care. Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians on ABA program implementation and revisions. Provide direct therapy for clients as needed. Develop effective behavior plans and crisis prevention plans; supervise crisis prevention implementation. Assist in intakes when requested; maintain a safe and healthy center environment; report housekeeping/maintenance needs. Provide information to accounting for billing with accuracy and timeliness; learn and relay insurance codes and billing requirements. Maintain positive and respectful relationships with families while upholding professional boundaries; demonstrate cultural competency. Complete parent meetings as assigned and meet supervision requirements per approved treatment plans. Assist in interviews for new hires to ensure staffing coverage; provide recommendations and resources for home programs to support ABA outside therapy. Assist Lead Behavior Technicians with daily client coverage; manage caseloads (Level 1: center-based 7 FTE clients; community-based 5 FTE clients). Qualifications

Education : Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field. CREDENTIALING : Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); credentialed with all insurance and Medicaid payors; licensed Behavior Analyst in applicable states if required. Experience : Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, including assessment and treatment; experience developing and conducting trainings for various audiences. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : State licensing where applicable; excellent communication with families and professionals; computer proficiency; physical ability to kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
