Overview
We are seeking a growth-minded Sales/Membership Manager with proven success in sales, passion for fitness, and a commitment to community-building. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for selling fitness and training memberships, promoting fitness programs, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Call leads and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Book appointments
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Give club tours
Sell fitness memberships and training packages
Maintain a clean and organized front office area and general club upkeep
Handle member concerns and provide exceptional customer service
Create a fun atmosphere and engage in community events within and outside the club
Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to attract new customers
Track sales and membership numbers
Attend sales meetings and training sessions
Preferred Qualifications
Sales and marketing background
Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
Strong communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Goal-oriented
Welcoming and compassionate attitude for all people
Service-oriented
Compensation
Targeted earning potential up to $65,000 with base pay and commission
