Job Description Supports one or more mid to senior-level managers. Works in a diverse and complex environment, including customer and executive contact. Performs complex administrative tasks such as managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations, making purchase decisions, managing budgets and payroll, and developing newsletters. Has intermediate to advanced skills in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, desktop publishing, databases, and project management tools. May train and supervise other staff. Skills and Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Industry-specific knowledge or foreign language skills (preferred) Candidate must be flexible to support multiple people and projects, with experience in calendar management, travel/meeting scheduling, expense reports (Concur preferred), and supporting VP-level management. A bachelor's degree is required, with relevant tenure in previous roles. Soft skills include initiative, flexibility, competence, and independence.
