2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants. Must have an active Mild/Mod or Mod/Sev SPED license on the CTC website to qualify. The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of the Program Administrator, provides quality services to students from kindergarten through grade 12. Responsibilities include planning and implementing student programs, special instruction, tutorial assistance, and consulting with general education staff. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, district, or contract regulations Minimum of one year teaching experience preferred State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Teaching (preferred) Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable) Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years old Benefits
