$75.00/hr - $75.00/hr CRITICAL LOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is exclusively based on-site in Austin, TX. Champions aren’t born overnight. You’ve climbed the mountain of elite athletics—Olympic podiums, world championship stages, or Division I All-American honors. Now imagine channeling that same fire, determination, and championship mindset into transforming young lives. Texas Sports Academy isn’t just another school—we’re revolutionizing K-12 education by placing athletics at the core of our developmental philosophy. This isn’t about teaching from textbooks or casual weekend coaching. This is about total immersion: leveraging your elite athletic journey to forge resilience, leadership, and academic excellence in tomorrow’s champions. You’ll ignite morning motivation sessions, deliver personalized mentorship that resonates because you’ve walked the path, and build character through purposeful athletic training. If you’re passionate about creating impact beyond trophies and medals, we’re looking for someone exactly like you. What You Will Be Doing
Orchestrating dynamic morning kickoff sessions that inspire and mentally prepare student-athletes Conducting impactful one-on-one mentoring focused on academic achievement and personal growth Designing and delivering interactive workshops that translate athletic principles into life skills Executing structured afternoon athletic training that cultivates mental toughness, collaboration, and responsibility Implementing performance tracking systems that maintain elite standards for mindset development and achievement What You Won’t Be Doing

The rest of their day is dedicated to athletic training, skill-building, and personal development - so students excel in both their studies and their sport.
