Overview

Sales Training & Enablement Manager at Provation. The role is to develop and implement strategic plans for Sales learning and development to ensure maximum effectiveness and productivity of the sales organization. Collaborate with Go to Market leadership and cross-functional leaders to develop training curriculum and programs to improve industry, market, and specific role and product knowledge of the Sales organization. Reports to the Vice President of Sales Operations. Conduct analyses and interviews to identify training needs and gaps to develop programs and strategies that drive the sales organization to perform at their full potential. Responsible for implementing these programs, developing content with subject matter experts, and leading training to grow and improve sales team competency and effectiveness. Maintain strong working knowledge of all systems used by the Sales team and collaborate across the organization to adopt best practices and improve Go to Market processes, productivity, and effectiveness. Responsibilities

Partner with Go to Market leadership to develop a long-term (annual and multi-year) training strategy and establish qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure success (e.g., Win rates, Content Usage, Knowledge Retention). Work with Sales and HR leadership on open sales positions to build and plan an onboarding program that accelerates time to competency, productivity, and effectiveness for all sales roles. Collaborate with Sales leadership to determine which types of training programs will be most beneficial on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Assist with ongoing development, training, and reinforcement of standard work for all sales roles. Define, plan, and execute continuing education programs that drive sales productivity and solicit feedback from sales reps and leadership to drive continuous improvement. Lead agenda creation and facilitate continuing education/content creation at quarterly and annual sales meetings. Maintain working knowledge of IT systems used by the sales team and train on how to use and optimize them to drive productivity. Utilize and review innovative technologies (AI, Conversation Intelligence, etc.) for training, including personalized learning techniques, and recommend improvements to Sales Leadership. Own and manage Sales Training & Enablement Technology Solutions (e.g., Highspot). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred. Proven record of 8+ years of sales training & enablement responsibilities. Ability to work independently to problem-solve with input on more complex situations. Healthcare/Software Industry experience is preferred. Software Sales process experience is required. Ability to travel nationwide occasionally (approximately 15% or less). Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge and experience. Highspot experience is preferred. Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Initiative, independent thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong written/listening/verbal communication, analytical thinking, presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
